In the area of domestic relations, this year I have had the opportunity to be part of the reconciliation of three clients obtaining divorce.  The positive results were due to the understanding of the client needs.

In the area of car accident litigation, I had trial utilize the new voir dire law as to being able to review with the jury the facts of the case to determine any prejudice prior to start of the trial.

In the area of workers compensation, the rights of children born after the accident were established by a previous trial.
